GrimLister is a private inventory and listing tool used to prepare and manage listings for an authorized eBay seller account.

Information used

GrimLister may process product photos, seller notes, SKUs, listing details, shipping information, sales records, and information returned by eBay that is needed to create, manage, and reconcile listings.

How information is used

Information is used only to identify items, prepare listing content, manage inventory, publish and manage authorized eBay listings, and maintain seller accounting records.

Storage

Product photos are stored temporarily while a draft is being prepared. GrimLister is designed to remove its temporary photo copies after a successful eBay publication is confirmed. Limited listing, inventory, sales, and accounting records may be retained for the seller's records.

Third parties

Information may be processed by service providers required to operate GrimLister, including hosting, database, AI processing, and eBay marketplace services. GrimLister is not offered as a service to unrelated third-party eBay users.

Security

Seller access is authenticated. Marketplace credentials and API secrets are kept server-side and are not intentionally exposed in the browser.
